How fast will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive within 2-6 business days. Shipping times vary slightly by item
What's your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Reach out to us and we'll walk you through the process. Certain hygiene-sensitive items can't be returned once opened, and damaged or defective items are always covered.
Do I need to use the gua sha or roller with oil?
Yes — always apply oil or moisturizer first. Using these tools on dry skin can drag and irritate the skin.
Is the Electric Device a medical device?
No. It's a cosmetic self-care tool for relaxation and circulation support — not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, and not a fat-loss device.
What's the difference between the bundles?
The Facial Ritual ($52) is your daily face and eye routine. The Body Ritual ($89) adds the body tools for a complete manual routine — our most popular. The Complete Ritual ($139) includes everything, plus the electric device.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, reach out as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Once an order ships, we're unable to modify it.
